More time on the Vine.

Oregon's South Coast offers a temperate climate perfectly suited to growing ruby red cranberries. Our vines set fruit in May, when cranberries in other regions have just begun to show bloom; and our growing season
extends through the fall, long past the time when growers in other areas of the country have completed their harvest. Our harvest starts in early October and runs through November, allowing the fruit to fully mature into the reddest, sweetest cranberries available in the market, and ensuring freshly picked berries for the holidays.  More time on the vine produces cranberries of the highest quality – cranberries that are larger, sweeter and juicier than cranberries grown in other regions.

Sweeter - A higher brix content (natural sugar) and lower proportion of acid make for a distinctive and naturally sweeter flavor.

Juicier
- Oregon-grown cranberries have the highest yields when made into juice concentrate.

Deeper Red Color - Our rich, ruby red cranberries are highly-prized for making brilliant chutneys and sauces, pastries, and for use in dark red juice concentrates.
